Funeral service to be held at Haycombe Crematorium on Friday, December 28th at 3 p.m. Family flowers only please, donations if desired for Hope House Surgery, may be forwarded to Co-operative Funeralcare, 4 - 5 Wells Road, Radstock, BA3 3RN.
